TRAIL OF TEARS  2010 |
The Annual Commemorative Trail of Tears Motorcyle Ride and Celebration will continue with the Final Alabama Destination of Waterloo Alabama. Don't be confused by other rides on the same weekend - this is THE ORIGINAL Trail of Tears Celebration! The ride will take place on Saturday, September 18, 2010, but plan to come early and stay late to enjoy the activities and the beautiful surroundings of Northwest Alabama! Waterloo will host an authentic Pow-Wow Friday through Sunday, with lots of food, crafts, vendors of all kinds, and other activities. There will be a Street Dance Friday and a Band Saturday, featuring the Main Street Band and Blackland. Of course, there is always fishing, nature trails, water sports and pure relaxation on the lake at Hart Park!
Here's the information on our campsites and reservations: 
- After your ride, pitch your tent on our lakefront lots and enjoy the Bathrooms, Hot Showers, Washer & Dryer, Boat Launch, Fishing Pier for the same price all year round of $5.00 per person plus applicable lodging tax. Water & electric are available at the same rate of $5.00 per day plus applicable tax.
- We charge a flat $5.00 per person entrance fee to enter our campground, plus all applicable lodging tax . All amenities
included in the entrance fee.
- Tent camping is included in the $5.55 per person entrance fee. Reservations are accepted with no minimum stay.
- All Hook up sites are a minimum of $116.55. That covers the site and TWo people for ONE Week. (Minimum One week reservation required for hook-up sites)
- Reservations are accepted with payment in advance. We do not give refunds.
- COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE Saturday & Sunday mornings
- We do have a bathhouse with HOT SHOWERS! Don't want to camp but would LOVE a HOT SHOWER? $5.00 per person, plus you get free coffee Saturday & Sunday Mornings.
- For the safety of our tent campers, we ask that ALL vehicles other than motorcycles be moved to the parking lot by 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
- We do have wristbands ( required)
- We do not plan to have a band at the campground, but we welcome anyone who wants to bring their guitar etc and
perform.
- Group Reservations accepted. Minimum advance payment required.
- We are < 1/2 mile from the activities- an easy walk! We are the closest campground to Waterloo, and the only one with
water,electric , and sewer hook-ups.

- You don't "Have To" have a reservation, but those with reservations will be given priority and choice of site when available.
- We accept cash, checks, money orders, and will take credit cards through Paypal.com.
